Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center, working a 3rd shift schedule. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reports to management and payroll, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting time and production data for all DC associates into the Blue Chip computer system, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65%)
  • Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reports to DC management and payroll (15%)
  • Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data (10%)
  • Filing paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotating files periodically for storage (5%)
  • Performing other projects as assigned (5%)

  • Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in using computer systems, including Blue Chip, and strong data entry skills
  • Drives Results: Ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and producing high-quality results
  • Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot errors and make sound judgments
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions with minimal guidance
  • Quality: Commitment to delivering high-quality results, with attention to detail and a focus on excellence

Qualifications and Special Skills Required

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and special skills:

  • Previous clerical/administrative experience, preferably in a data entry or production environment
  • 10-key experience, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Good math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, with a strong commitment to data security and integrity
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Salary and Location

The salary for this role is $17 per hour, with a $3 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift. The location for this role is Carlisle, PA.
