Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based information pipelines that meet the needs of our business and information science teams. You will work closely with our data science team to integrate data from various sources, ensuring that it is accurate, reliable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop cloud-based information pipelines to gather, normalize, and analyze data from various sources
- Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch processing
- Collaborate with the data science team to integrate data and models into automated processes
- Work with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, to design and implement scalable data solutions
- Develop strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages to build robust data pipelines and dynamic systems
- Assemble data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients
- Investigate current data technology trends to identify and evaluate key capabilities and suggest solutions
- Explore new tools and technologies to determine the best approach for our needs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on cloud-based information pipelines
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and Python programming languages
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
