Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent & Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to focus on tasks without being distracted
  • Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
  • 16 years of age or older
  • Resident of the United States
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
