Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings. Your excellent organizational skills, task management ability, and kind and helpful demeanor will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings
  • Manage your workload independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and development of arenaflex by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with modern business tools (e.g., ZenDesk, Slack, JIRA)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural environment
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CCNA)
