Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including international customers
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, such as CRM and ticketing systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic
