Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers through live chat on their websites and social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers, answer their questions, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media platforms, providing accurate and helpful information to customers

  • Answer customer questions, resolve simple problems, and offer solutions to their issues
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
  • Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Work independently, following instructions and guidelines provided by arenaflex
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage live chat conversations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and follow instructions and guidelines
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
