What You Will Be Doing

Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
Contract Length and Rate
* Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
Skills and Background Needed
* Must have a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Have 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connectivity
