Job Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, both in-person and over the phone
- Handling various tasks, including checking in passengers, processing payments, and resolving issues related to flight delays or cancellations
- Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, or business)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work under close time constraints to meet deadlines
- Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, in accordance with arenaflex's dress code and grooming standards
- Ability to work in a limited space and perform all job duties within a confined area
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, in-person, and on public address systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to convey information and instructions verbally or through radio equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
