What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll play a critical role in building relationships with our customers and helping them achieve their goals.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls from our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, including account details and transaction history
* Authorizing sales and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
* Building relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Our Way of Working
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll have the flexibility to work from home full-time. This means you'll need to have a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment you need to succeed in this role.
Occasionally, you may be required to meet in person with your team or attend training sessions. In these cases, you'll need to be able to commute to our office in Rapid City, SD. We'll provide you with more information about our office location and commute requirements during the hiring process.
What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) – for more information, click here
* 6+ months of customer service experience of any kind, or military equivalent experience
* Must live within 2.5 hours of commute of the Rapid City, SD location you're applying to
* Confidence using a computer
* Be 18 years old or older
* Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
* New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they're eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations)
