As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their travel-related issues and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary and ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve customer service

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field
  • Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple destinations and travel products
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth environment
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
  • Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, and anticipate situations to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements

To be a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications:

+ Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset

Work Environment and Culture

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule within our hours of operation (8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days per week).
