Job Summary
As a remote customer service agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work independently, creating your own schedule and managing your workload to meet the needs of our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with clients and other arenaflex team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations
Schedule
* Flexible work schedule options available, with the majority of work hours during weekdays and daytime
- Create your own schedule to meet the needs of our clients and their customers

Earnings & Revenue
* Competitive pay rates, typically around $18 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

Technology & Equipment Requirements
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Experience working with a variety of clients and projects
- Strong knowledge of customer service software and technology
- Certification in customer service or a related field
