Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via live chat and email, providing solutions, sales links, and discounts to ensure their satisfaction.
- Addressing customer inquiries, clarifying issues, and finding solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams to ensure seamless resolution.
