Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to phone inquiries from patients and addressing their concerns with care, detail, and empathy

• Using expert listening skills to quickly identify and address patient concerns
• Documenting all interactions in real-time to ensure accurate tracking of patient interactions

What You Should Have

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
