What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with customers to resolve their queries, provide solutions, and improve their experience
- Investigating customer requests, working creatively to find the best possible outcome
- Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, both technically and from a customer use-case perspective
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving business growth and customer value
- Working closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement, share feedback, and drive process efficiencies
- Collaborating with peer colleagues across various teams (Sales, Onboarding, Record Management, Maintenance, etc.) to increase customer engagement and retention

What You'll Need
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models, where you've had a direct impact on customer outcomes.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality support, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience working with multiple software platforms, including web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with various helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
