Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes
- Develop and maintain business cases to justify investments and drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
