As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional client care by answering inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
- Conveying elevated levels of product and service knowledge to communicate the features, benefits, and differentiators of arenaflex's Private Business Services
- Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
- Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- At least two years of experience in customer support, preferably in a sales and customer service environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tasks in an electronic climate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
