Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team
- Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software

Work Environment and Company Culture
* Remote work-from-home opportunity, with a two-week orientation/training in our Gilbert training center
- Monday – Friday schedule, with evening, weekend shifts, and holidays required

Compensation and Benefits
