Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.
- Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to support the growth and development of the team.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support the growth and success of our merchant partners.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
