Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Planning and arranging event packages
  • Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Building strong relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
