Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Demonstrating reliability and commitment to being present and on time for the entire shift each day

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- The ability to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
