Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, including phone, email, and chat
  • Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
  • Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs
  • Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
  • Providing exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations, as measured by specific metrics
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding our clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a proven track record of success
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently

Education

A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Training and Development

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to complete training onsite at our Tucson, AZ location. After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program, where you'll work from home as long as you're performing in role, have proper working conditions, and technology that's required.
