Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Schedule and Flexibility

As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible hours available during weekdays and daytime. While the majority of work hours will be during these times, we're open to accommodating your needs and preferences.
Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. With competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working from home. Additional incentives may be available based on client and performance metrics, providing you with opportunities to increase your earnings and grow your career.

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and successful work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area

- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
- arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with us. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
