Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and effective communication with clients and team members.
• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks.
• Validate information supplied by third-party sources using online databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
• Execute and complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training, adhering to strict quality and productivity standards.
• Conduct data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Achieve timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards.
• Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
