Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll be expected to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, concerns, and resolutions.

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to customers.

  • Knowledge of logistics and shipping industry, with a focus on customer service and support.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
