Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, interacting with customers to find and purchase their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer purchasing experience. You will work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and responsiveness to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Utilize the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with product providers to obtain additional information not available on the arenaflex website
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their purchasing experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in sales challenges and other team-building activities to drive sales performance and team engagement
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales strategies, and company policies through regular training and communication
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a strong internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work a standard 8-hour shift, with flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons

* Experience working in a data-driven environment, with a focus on sales performance metrics
