What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

  • Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns, providing empathetic and effective support
  • Input patient data into the e-Intake system and ensure thorough verification for products and services
  • Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and provide basic technical customer service assistance
  • Educate patients and location employees on CPAP supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Process related patient paperwork and ensure timely fulfillment of product orders

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
  • A valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
  • Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
