Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded and their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Manage dispatch calls, ensuring timely completion and maximizing time and mileage.
- Enter accurate and confidential client information, payments, and other relevant data into our systems.
- Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and provide updates on job status.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform various tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
