Job Summary

- Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines, ensuring that our clients' members receive timely and effective support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless service to our clients' members
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' healthcare benefits, products, and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare background experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Comfortable with medical terminology and able to navigate complex healthcare information
- A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with a wired Ethernet connection (50 Mb/s download, 10 Mb/s upload)
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service, particularly when interacting with senior citizens
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and articulate products and services
- Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
