Position Summary
We're currently providing virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states. As a licensed pharmacy technician and resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont, you'll be eligible to apply for this role. In this position, you'll respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values
- Provide superb customer service skills to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting
- Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
- Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
- Uphold our goals of delivery through the execution of our services
Key Qualifications
* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance
- Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
- Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Call Center experience is highly desired with a focus on excellence in service delivery
- Bilingual Spanish
Education
* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
