As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area, participating in various projects, and collaborating with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
- Manage job postings on various job portals, evaluate candidate applications, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches, ensuring we attract the best talent.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For:
