Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Global Activation Lead, Customer and Business Intelligence, Go-To-Market at arenaflex, you will:

  • Develop global activation strategies to increase awareness and actionability of customer and market insights in support of the Global Business Organization's growth drivers and business plan.
  • Collaborate with Global Business, Marketing, and Product organizations to drive cross-functional sponsorship and alignment on activation plans and act as a subject matter expert of the ads industry and communicate latest industry trends and customer insights to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Drive activation strategy development and execution (e.g., project planning, milestones, pilots/success metrics, and governance).
  • Create and deliver written communications and presentations tailored to audience levels in support of strategic recommendations and implementation considerations.
  • Conduct analyses and research, both quantitative and qualitative, in support of strategic recommendations to increase activation of data and insights.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including Google's product suite (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Apps, Measurement, etc.).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storylining at the project level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive impact on top strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.

  • Experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Understanding of ads business across Google's product suite (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Apps, Measurement, etc.).
  • Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and influence partner teams and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights.

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive impact on top strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storylining at the project level.
  • Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including Google's product suite (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Apps, Measurement, etc.).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional sponsorship and alignment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
