Responsibilities

As a Project-Based Customer Service – Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls from US customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding prescription healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and more.
  • Provide detailed information about customers' insurance coverage, benefit plans, copays, and coverage determinations.
  • Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking with accuracy and speed.
  • Educate customers on online self-service options and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with ease and adapt to new call types as business needs evolve.

Work at Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 mbps (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services)
  • A hard-wired internet connection via an ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own and are responsible for
  • A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with minimal distractions
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone

Additional Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused personality and a desire to help others
  • Possess a professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
