Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for advising members on benefits, responding to consumer inquiries and issues, and providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests. Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve consumer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meet performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience with the same company (previous sales or benefits experience is ideal)
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to clear a background check
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (optional, with a higher hourly rate of $18)
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center experience
- Previous sales or benefits experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other technical tools
