Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with customers face-to-face and over the phone to provide exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their cargo shipments
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Processing cargo shipments, including checking in and checking out cargo, and handling any discrepancies or issues that may arise
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including cargo manifests and shipment documentation
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of cargo shipments
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and best practices

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Cargo Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Consistently prioritize the safety and security of yourself, others, and personal data
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license
• Possess basic digital literacy
• Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel, subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
