Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to users through various communication channels (email, chat, phone)
- Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve product issues, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of our help center documentation, ensuring that users have access to accurate and up-to-date information
- Testing our product and reporting any issues or bugs, providing valuable feedback to our development team
- Developing a deep understanding of our platform, its features, and its target audience
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in native-like English, with excellent writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideal)
- Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its role in website setup and management (a huge plus)
- Ability to work independently, with a flexible schedule, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services
- Familiarity with DNS setup and management, including CNAME and CAA DNS records
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience working in a remote or freelance environment

- Full-time freelance position, with a flexible schedule (8 hours/day, with most hours in the morning and afternoon of your timezone)
