  • Providing inbound technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes and access keys via telephone, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their technical queries.
  • Multi-tasking tools and screens to perform technical support assistance in an efficient and effective manner, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintaining courteous and professional communication with end-users, building trust and rapport through empathetic and solution-focused interactions.
  • Determining call resolution and documenting calls appropriately, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed for quality and improvement purposes.
  • Applying established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end-users, providing a positive customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
