Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We'll provide you with the necessary equipment, and all you need is a high-speed internet connection.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, which is a condition of employment
  • Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding non-immigrant work authorization, such as F, J, H, or L visas)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in claims coordination or a related field
  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
