Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer relationships
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to drive business growth and success
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service orientation (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, prior experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support would be advantageous. Additionally, experience with CRM software and sales automation tools would be a plus.

Physical Requirements

This role operates in a professional office environment, and you'll be required to:

  • Sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
  • Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer
  • Occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
