Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate III at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for completing questionnaires and surveys via telephone, obtaining and verifying information for our cases, and documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures. You'll also be required to maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommending improved procedures.

Responsibilities

* Completes questionnaire/survey via telephone using standard scripts and standard operating procedures

  • Obtains and/or verifies needed information for our cases by answering incoming calls
  • Makes outgoing calls when further information is needed
  • Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Routes calls to appropriate departments
  • Utilizes scripted Frequently Asked Questions to respond to caller inquiries
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommends improved procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

* Bilingual Spanish

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent computer navigation skills (move between multiple windows and programs)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good data entry and typing skills 35+ WPM
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Work at Home Requirements

* Existing High-Speed Internet access – applicants must have their own modem

  • Equipment must be hardwired
  • Quiet noise-free home office space, free of distractions
  • Note: While you are clocked in, working virtually is NOT something that can be combined with watching TV, listening to music, being on mobile devices (cell phone, iPad, etc.), being online on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), preparing meals, running errands, car-pooling, doing household chores, providing pet care, elder care, or childcare.

Virtual Work Environment

As a remote worker, you'll be expected to maintain a professional and productive work environment. This means that you'll need to have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions. You'll also be required to adhere to our virtual work schedule and be available to work during your designated hours.

Benefits and Compensation

* Pay rate: $16.50/hour

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (Central Time) 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Bonus or incentive opportunities based on business need
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time
