The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our cutting-edge live chat platform. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and helpful information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through the live chat widget on our website

  • Assist customers in finding products, services, discounts, and refund policies
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide customers with accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements

* A device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop that can access social media and website chat functions

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Availability of 20+ hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in our products, services, and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs

Training and Development

Contract Length and Rate
