The Role

You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and helpful information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* A device such as a phone, tablet, or laptop that can access social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability of 20+ hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
