Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients from all over the world. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts
- Answering questions from existing customers on a wide range of topics, such as returns, refunds, and re-ordering
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric mindset, while handling difficult or challenging customer situations with professionalism and grace
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications, including:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions closely
- Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable working with technology and able to navigate through multiple software applications simultaneously
- Ability to identify and empathize with customer concerns and work diligently to resolve any issues they may have
- A flexible schedule that allows you to work on a part-time basis
- Access to a device that is able to access social media and website chat functions, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Reliable internet connection that allows you to work without interruptions
Training and Support
