As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, your main responsibilities will include:- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner via the brand's Facebook Business Account.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in typing and using computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience with Facebook Business Account and customer support software is a plus.
