Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, interacting with customers through live chat to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and address any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat on our business websites and social media platforms

Essential Qualifications

* Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)

  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook
  • Reliable and self-motivated individual capable of working independently
  • Strong communication and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
