Information Technology Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a true IT generalist who enjoys combining day-to-day end-user support with system administration, network troubleshooting, and executive-level assistance.

What you will do and how you will make an impact …

• Provide user support for Office 365 and Windows products.

• Provide support for Tier 1 - Tier 3 issues. You will diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and workstations.

• Troubleshoot and document issues related to Windows, Office 365, company-specific applications, and network connectivity.

• Use Jira to log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.

• Set up and support PCs, monitors, printers, VOIP phones, and other shared equipment.

• Document processes and issues and manage their inventory.

• Onboard and offboard users and manage user accounts and access.

Requirements ...

• Degree or diploma in an IT-related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Help Desk / Service Desk / IT Support or similar role.

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA are an asset.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure environments.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

• Experience in a professional services environment.

Compensation and Benefits ...

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. The total compensation package includes paid time off, a bonus program, and extended health and dental benefits.
