What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Collaborate with clients to provide proactive tax planning and advisory services
- Stay current on tax regulations and identify opportunities for client savings
- Mentor junior staff (Senior level) and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or pursuing preferred)
- 2+ years of public accounting tax experience (level dependent)
- Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying team-oriented
- Excellent communication and client service skills
What We Offer
- Base Salary up to $100K DOE
- 3 weeks PTO + 2 weeks sick time
