About Zavienta Zavienta is seeking freelance fashion, beauty, and culture writers for its launch editorial slate. Website: https://www.zavienta.com This is a remote freelance / contract role. Writers do not need to be based in Florida. We are preparing for launch and are bringing on a small group of freelance contributors now. This is an active editorial build, not a general talent pool. Zavienta is a new fashion and beauty publication built around editorial authority, creator culture, live programming, and modern commerce. Our voice is sharp, current, selective, and culturally aware. We are building a selective group of writers who understand taste, timing, cultural movement, and the difference between covering trends and shaping a publication’s point of view. This is for writers who can recognize what is emerging before it becomes obvious and frame it with clarity, polish, and authority. The Role Zavienta is looking for freelance contributors to write across fashion, beauty, creator culture, celebrity style, digital influence, social media movement, product behavior, luxury, accessible fashion, and emerging trends. Assignments may include reported pieces, trend analysis, cultural commentary, interviews, profiles, editorial features, and fast-moving stories shaped with a clear point of view. We are looking for writers who can move with the pace of culture while maintaining the polish, restraint, and judgment of a serious editorial publication. What We’re Looking For Strong candidates should be able to: Write polished editorial articles with a clear point of view Develop sharp story angles, headlines, and structures Understand fashion, beauty, creators, celebrity culture, social media, and timing Identify emerging shifts before they become obvious Translate cultural movement into smart, elevated editorial coverage Write with authority without sounding generic, overly casual, or SEO-heavy Work with editorial direction and feedback Deliver clean, thoughtful copy in a fast-moving launch environment Ideal Background We are interested in writers with experience across: Fashion writing Beauty writing Lifestyle or culture media Celebrity style or entertainment coverage Creator economy or digital culture Social media trend reporting Interviews, profiles, or reported features Digital magazines, newsletters, Substack, or brand editorial Published bylines are preferred, but exceptional writing samples, strong editorial instincts, and a clear point of view will be considered. Assignments Initial assignments will be freelance / contract-based and may include launch articles, fashion coverage, beauty coverage, creator-focused stories, trend pieces, interviews, profiles, and editorial features. Writers may be assigned based on their strongest lane, portfolio, and editorial fit.
Compensation
Freelance compensation will be discussed based on experience, assignment scope, and article volume.
