VP, HR Business Partners – Shared Services
Job Description:
- Lead Business Partner (HRBP) and People Shared Services teams.
- Translate business strategy into a clear People agenda.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and executive team.
- Ensure HRBPs are equipped with the tools to act as a strategic business partner.
- Mature the Shared Services model into a high-scale, data-driven team.
- Ensure operational excellence across core processes.
- Design processes, workflows, and handoffs that eliminate friction.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of HR Leadership experience leading both HRBP organizations and People Operations/Shared Services in complex, high-stakes environments.
- A track record of leading large-scale organizational design, restructuring, or business transformation initiatives.
- Direct experience for implementing HR technology stacks, with a specific focus on AI/automation use cases.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and managing seasoned HRBP Directors and operational leaders.
