Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in email and chat environments.

- Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, or live chat tools is a plus.
