We're seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our WW Customer Trust Training – Learning Experience Design (LXD) team, where you'll have the opportunity to design and develop learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical.

Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer on our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that drive business results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Engaging Learning Experiences: Create interactive and engaging e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools. Your content will be used to improve on-the-job performance and drive business results.
  • Curriculum Maintenance and Review: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure our learning programs are always up-to-date and relevant.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Consulting with Customers: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring our learning programs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials, ensuring we're always efficient and effective.
  • Project Management: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently, ensuring we meet our deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience. Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.

Our team comprises LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers, and we're committed to improving Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience
