Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers regarding reservations, flight changes, and general inquiries
  • Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications
